Product Description

KLOW Blend is a multi-component research formulation combining four distinct peptides: GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC-157 and TB-500. Each peptide has its own molecular characteristics and area of experimental investigation, allowing the formulation to provide researchers with multiple peptide classes within a single preparation.

GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide widely investigated in research involving extracellular-matrix regulation, fibroblast activity, collagen-associated processes and cellular signalling.

KPV (Lys-Pro-Val) is a short tripeptide derived from the C-terminal region of α-MSH. Experimental research has examined KPV in relation to inflammatory signalling pathways, including cellular pathways associated with NF-κB activity.

BPC-157 is a synthetic peptide derived from a gastric protein sequence and has primarily been investigated in preclinical models involving cellular migration, angiogenic signalling and tissue-repair processes.

TB-500 is commonly used to describe a thymosin beta-4-related peptide fragment. Research involving thymosin beta-4 and related sequences has explored actin regulation, cell migration, angiogenesis and tissue-remodelling mechanisms.

KLOW Blend may therefore be of interest to researchers studying:

  • Extracellular-matrix biology
  • Fibroblast and collagen-associated research
  • Cellular migration and signalling
  • Experimental inflammatory pathways
  • Angiogenic signalling
  • Cytoskeletal and actin-associated processes
  • Tissue-remodelling mechanisms
  • Multi-peptide interactions

The KLOW combination itself has not been established as a single standardised scientific compound, and published research predominantly concerns its individual components rather than the complete blend. Findings relating to individual peptides should therefore not be assumed to represent the behaviour, safety or biological activity of the combined formulation.
